Five-star cuisine with history
Cuisine at The KentRidge is all about home and regional dishes we know and love. You aren’t going to find fancy flavored puffs of air here – you’re going to find the kind of passionate and heartwarming cuisine your mom made for you after a long day. Join us for dinner and see for yourself how Chef Brian puts a unique twist on these classic dishes.
Opening daily at 7 AM, you are able sit wherever you like and place your order with our kind and patient wait staff. Choose from dishes like our homemade meatloaf with mushroom and red wine demi-glace topped crispy onion straws, parmesan and panko encrusted Lake Erie walleye with a lemon caper sauce, or homemade meatballs with penne topped with parmesan, parsley, and basil. Breakfast is available all day, and a variety of sandwiches, salads, sides, entrees, and desserts grace our expansive menu of 50+ always-available options.
Executive Chef Brian Albrecht and our fully-staffed restaurant are here to serve you and your guests an exceptional experience every time you dine with us, meeting your preferences every day of the year.
Meet Executive Chef Jason Glessner
Redefining senior living cuisine one plate at a time.
Jason learned to cook at Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh. He has always loved experimenting with food since he was a child and still finds joy in creating new and exciting dishes.
He especially loves to make anything revolving around fresh pasta because of the time and it’s a great way to show technique and skill!
Why with seniors? It’s a rewarding experience!
For Jason, cooking is more gratifying knowing he and his team are doing something for someone that no one else can do.
