Each August, The Kentridge participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.
As the Business Office Director, I actively promote employee appreciation. I make it a priority to celebrate our hard-working team members. Whether it’s recognizing special accomplishments, hosting ice cream socials, or incorporating fun into the workday, I ensure our employees know how valued they are!
