Employee recognition is just as it sounds: recognizing and thanking employees for their hard work and effort. At Kentridge Senior Living, we show this appreciation in several ways. From social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members.
As the Business Office Director, I always promote employee appreciation. This past year, my favorite CFU was 70s Day. It was a fun event; we could engage the community and staff for one big party!
This is just one example of the many wonderful team members we have. We genuinely believe when done right; employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive, promotes retention, and makes us a great place to work, which in turn makes us a great place to live.
